We built Oonee with the understanding that scaling infrastructure is hard for many cities. That’s why we work with cities and public agencies every step of the way, including network planning, design customization, financing and, eventually, operations. The end result is a no-hassle, high-functioning system that provides quality bicycle facilities to all communities within an urban area.

In many circumstances, our turnkey networks can produce extra revenue for a municipal partner or agency via advertising and sponsorship opportunities.

Initial Planning

We work closely to understand the needs of your community and to craft a future-proof plan that best serves local stakeholders. If required, our team is capable of performing stakeholder analysis, soliciting community input and feedback, and crafting an initial set of recommendations based upon prevailing best practices and local feedback.
Design Process

We work with you and, if applicable, community leaders to craft a design plan for deployments in your region. This typically includes understanding how to best meet capacity demands with designs in our product toolkit. It also includes customizing those designs to best meet the architectural and service needs of the host locations.
Financing

After understanding budgetary and the legal constraints, our team crafts a creative financing plan for implementation. In addition to subscription or installment models, we can also leverage advertising and sponsorship revenue streams that will partially or completely eliminate the cost to the public.
Assembly and Install

We oversee the construction and installation of the units. Wherever applicable, Oonee infrastructure is built to be fully compliant with local structural codes. For installation, our team is able to work within a wide array of demanding urban settings in order to complete even the most complex of deployments.
Operate and Manage

Once the network is deployed, we handle every operational element including the user experience, sanitation, maintenance and upkeep. In cases where community outreach is required, we are happy to supplement outreach and reporting efforts with our own team.
Deployments receive regular software and hardware updates in order to ensure that they are completely up to date.
