Every property is unique, so our process is built around flexibility so that each project fits seamlessly within your site’s architecture. From planning to maintenance, Oonee provides a turnkey solution designed to make your amenity upgrade as smooth as possible.
1. Discovery and Planning
We start by understanding the goals and context of your property — the tenants you serve, the circulation patterns of your site, and the operational realities of managing shared amenities. Our in-house team of architects and planners then analyze existing tenant experience and align with the overall design intent of the property. This can include:
Site evaluation: Studying building entrances, loading zones, plazas, and retail adjacencies to identify optimal visibility and convenience for tenants and visitors.
Integration analysis: Assessing how our units can connect to existing infrastructure such as power or security systems without disrupting operations.

2. Design and Configuration
Once sites and concepts are confirmed, we work with your design and construction teams to customize every detail — from cladding and finish selection to lighting and landscape integration. 3. Delivery & Installation
Oonee manages procurement, logistics, and on-site installation as one turnkey package. Our deployment process is efficient and predictable, minimizing disruption to ongoing property operations, with constant communication. Once installed, Oonee integrates directly with your property’s operations through Oonee OS, a management platform that provides real-time monitoring, access control, and reporting.
Coordination with facilities teams: Installation timelines aligned with tenant or event schedules.
Testing and handover: Final checks for power, lighting, and access systems before activation.
Property Dashboard: Handoff and training to use our dashboard that tracks credentialed entry for members and tenants and produces reports on live data related to usage, occupancy, and maintenance.
5. Operations & Maintenance
We can also provide additional comprehensive service plans to keep every installation secure, clean, and operational over time. Depending on our agreement, our team can handle regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and user support, ensuring long-term reliability and appearance.
